Discussing what it's like to go from Methadone to Suboxone, after 8 years

I decided to get help for my addiction problem, and the clinic I went to put me on methadone right away. So after 8 years of being on what I like to call "Liquid heroin", I couldn't take all the issues I had while on it. losing my teeth, Hot flashes, I'd get aggravated quicker, I began losing interest in things I once enjoyed. horrible experience. So I wanted something "Simpler" and I made a choice to switch to SUBOXONE..... Well let's just say this, it was NOT an easy switch like I thought!! I had to go through 48hrs straight of total withdrawal at home. I'm a mom of 4 kids so this wasn't easy at all. more details coming soon
