How to enable Multitap in PCSX2-Qt (ps2 multiplayer games, only for 3 players or more)

Multitap is only for games that SUPPORT 3 or more PLAYERS! You'll have to enable Multitap in Shared profile too. Shouldn't be that way, but for now it is.
