In this video Mike Mentzer reveals to bodybuilding journalist Peter McGough how he used Rest-Pause training (and only a 7-sets -total per workout) to become the most “heavily-muscled” he had ever been in his entire bodybuilding career. That portion of the video was recorded in 1993 (over the phone). The video then goes back to a recording Mike Mentzer made in his home in Palm Springs in 1980 in which he explains why he started using the Rest-Pause training method and how it can be employed (sets, reps) with great success for advanced bodybuilding trainees.
