When the Jazzland theme park opened in New Orleans in 2000, it set out to serve and honour its community and the parks that came before, but, within just five years, it would face an unimaginable tragedy. Now, after almost two decades abandoned, its heartbreaking story has finally come to an end. Here is the tragic history of the abandoned Six Flags New Orleans (formally Jazzland) theme park in New Orleans, Louisiana. As with all my videos, I truly have tried to approach this topic with as much respect and care as possible.
