GTA: Underground is a massive project, basicly a SA version people have long dreamed of. The 3D universe combined into one massive map, is what I am trying to create. Traffic, and all this stuff, is all involved. Zone based weather, traffic, and more will give an unique feeling and will serve as an addon to GTA: SA.
