Rating: 5/5 - Room (was it clean and comfortable) 4.5/5 - Inspiration: (how wowed was I by the exterior, lobby, room, and view) 5/5 - Service (how friendly was the staff across all departments) 4.5/5 - Value (how much do I personally value the product and how likely I am to return) Josh’s Score: 19/20 =95% - Excellent! Pros: -Very good customer service, however, not as good as the other Dubai hotels I stayed at -Modern and luxurious rooms featuring balconies and LE LABO amenities. -Best location of any other Marriott property downtown Dubai -Amazing views of of Burj Khalifa from lobby, pool, restaurant, and many guest rooms Great location! Only about a 5 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Cons: -Customers service, while great compared to most hotels in the world, is lacing a bit for Dubai standards. Pricing: The average nightly price for a standard room: $275-$550 The average number of Marriott Bonvoy points required per night: 80,000- 106,000 I recommend using cash to stay at this property as long as the rate is about under $600 due to its lower price point. During peak times like December and January I recommend using points as rates can spike up to over $1,000 per night.
