Dr. Israr Ahmed was a famous Muslim scholar among the Muslims of the middle east and other countries of the world. He was a very kind heart person with deep thinker who let us descent into the depth of quran so deeply. His lectures and Tafseer are so affectfull and emotional. But only few of us know his personal life story which worth of inspiring ourself. To know more lets begin the journey dr israr ahmed. Dr. Israr Ahmed was born on 26 April 1932 in a muslim family at British India but he was officially from Pakistan as His father was a civil servant in the British government and during post-partition period they shifted to Punjab Pakistan, At very young age itself he associated himself with Muslim Student's Federation in the Independence Movement. He was Highly inspired by the thoughts of Allama Iqbal and Maulana Abul A`la Maududi that he joined the jamat. but later on at the age of 25 Dr. Israr Ahmad resigned from the Jama`at because of its participation in the politics, which he believed was incompatible with the revolutionary methodology adopted by the same in the pre-1947 period. While he was still a student and an activist of the Islami Jami'iat-e-Talaba, Israr became a teacher of the Quran. Even after parting ways with the Jama`at, he continued his mission of spreading the Qur'anic education in different cities of Pakistan. At the age of 32 he received his masters in Islamic Studies from the University of Karachi. He practised medicine only until the late 60s, subsequently dedicating himself to promoting Islamic teachings, spending almost four decades in trying to reawaken interest in Quran-based Islamic philosophy. He believed that Islamic teachings must be implemented in public spheres. He was popular for his lectures and TV debates over contemporary Islamic issues and his grasp over Islamic history made him a front-ranking scholar of Islam.
