Oats and Moongdal Appe | Instant Healthy less Oil Oats and Moongdal Appe without Rava and Curd | Weight loss Recipes सामग्री/Ingredients:- १ कप ओट्स/ 1 Cup Oats १ कप भीगोई हरी मूंगदाल/1 Cup Soaked Green Moong dal २ हरी मिर्च/ 2 Green Chillies ७-८ करी पत्ते/ 7-8 Curry Leaves १ कप कद्दूकस की हुई लौकी/ 1 Cup Grated Bottlegourd नमक स्वादानुसार/ Salt as per taste १ चम्मच करी पत्ते का पाउडर/ 1 Tspn Curry leaves Powder Curry Leaves powder link below👇 • Curry Leaves Powder | Karivepaku podi | कर... pe ४-५ बड़े चम्मच पानी/ 4-5tbspn Water ३/४ चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा/ 3/4 Tspn Baking Soda १ चम्मच नींबू का रस/ 1 Tspn Lemon Juice १ बड़ा चम्मच तेल/ 1 Tbspn Oil १ चम्मच सरसों/ 1 Tspn Mustard Seeds १/२ चम्मच जीरा/ 1/2 Tspn Cumin Seeds १ बड़ा चम्मच उड़द की दाल/ 1 Tbpsn peeled black lentils १ बड़ा चम्मच चना दाल / 1 Tbspn gram dal १ चम्मच सफेद तिल/ 1 Tspn White sesame seeds २ चम्मच तेल/ 2 Tspn Oil Method:- Please Watch Video:) Tips:- 1) Dont make batter too thin , otherwise it will take much time to cook and appe will become soggy. 2) Cook on low to medium flame for even cooking from inside and even colour. 3) Cook for 3-4 minutes on both side. 4) You can skip Bottlegourd if you dont have and you can make only of oats and soaked green moong dal. 5) Dont make very fine powder of Oats just grind it Coarsely for 1-2 Min 6) Serve with Tomato Ketchup Green Chutney or coconut chutney whatever you have it tastes yum Serve with love ❤️ PLEASE LIKE !
