You can also use garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed herbs) I used 1 tbsp 2 eggs fresh oregano and rosemary salt/ pepper to taste 2 tbsp beef bouillon 1/2 tbsp worstichire sauce A key to not having dry meatloaf is making sure you dont over cook it. Always watch your cook times when making this recipe. 155F is an ideal internal temp when taking out the oven, when it rest for 10 min it will increase to 165 F. Also, if you make your loaf thinner than mine it will cook faster, pay attention to that as well.
