Stronger thighs support the joints ✅ Stronger thighs (quadriceps) will also make your life much easier as far as getting around. Stronger thighs can also help to prevent injury and pain 🙌🏼 Here are two suggestions that can increase quadriceps strength. The quadriceps muscles help to straighten your knee. Keep that in mind during these exercises ☝🏽 There are tons of different ways to strengthen these muscles including seated and standing variations. For the step up, I do prefer a smaller step stool like the one I am using especially if you have knee pain and/or don’t have a lot of leg strength 👀 The key is making sure these exercises feel good!
