I Officially Own My $50,000 Cottage in Sweden

I officially own my $50,000 cottage in Sweden now. After weeks of uncertainty due to an error in the paperwork, the issue was finally resolved and the land title is now in my name. But now… the real journey begins: In this video, I will walk you through the entire property and inside of the cottage - and share my plans for renovating and improving everything. This is not just a house tour, it’s a full breakdown of what needs to be fixed, upgraded, or completely redone - from floors and walls to the roof, heating, and even starting a vegetable garden outside. The house has a lot of potential… but also a lot of work ahead. This is the starting point of turning this simple Swedish cottage into a real home - for me and my dog Vicky. Also, I think I set a new personal record in using the word “so”: 54 times! My apologies, I will try to work on that.
