Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Warp LTC - Chapter 24 in 1 turn

This is a special challenge in which I use the unused Warp staff to try to get the lowest turncounts in each map. Chapter 23 was skipped (for now) since I've been unable to get a 1 turn after many hours of attempts, yet I don't feel confident enough to claim the 1 turn is impossible. Since I don't want to get stuck in that chapter, I decided to postpone it for later. About this chapter, there's a lot of ground to cover, but by this point we have more than enugh tools to get a single unit all the way across. As far as resources go, Mist got the Boots and Muarim got the Smite skill. An interesting detail that you won't be able to see anywhere else is that if they don't get the chance to appear, the game'll count Lucia and Bastian as dead (as shown in the Ike/Elincia dialogue after the chapter), and they won't appear in the C25 base.
