This Where Winds Meet guide explains how you can link your accounts in Where Winds Meet to enable cross save and cross progression. You can do it through the main menu or through the in game settings by clicking on User Center and clicking on Link Accounts. Make sure you do NOT make a new character on the platform you want to link your main character account to. Because otherwise if you do, then you will not be able to link your characters as 2 characters will be existing. You will then have to email the official Where Winds Meet support team to DELETE your character on the platform that you accidently created the character on, in order for you to be able to link your accounts again.
