Welcome back to Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Extreme Difficulty Playthrough! In this episode, we navigate the Granin Research Facility, meeting Alexsandr Leonovitch Granin, a Soviet Scientist and Hero of the USSR. Granin, highly intoxicated, and jaded at his loss of position due to Sokolov, decides to aid Snake and getting into Groznyj Grad, Volgin's fortress where Sokolov is being held. Upon leaving the facility, Snake is then ambushed by the 2nd member of the Cobra Unit, The Fear.
