DELICIOUS High Protein Moong Dal Paratha#breakfastrecipe Hi friends,join me to make a crispy and healthy breakfast with moong Dal.Moong Dal paratha is a wholesome, high protein breakfast made with whole-wheat flour kneaded with coarse grind moong bean.The lentil is soaked and then coarse grind with garlic and few chillies.Mixed with flour and weln knead using a little water,herbs, turmeric,cumin and grated ginger.Rolled and cooked on griddle (tawa) using a little oil or butter.Toasted golden and crispy, these parathas are energising , satisfying and perfect for winters' mornings.Serve with garlic tadka Raita or your favourite chutney for a nourishing start to the day that keeps you full longer and boosts your protein in take naturally. For more such healthy updates, kindly subscribe to my channel.Thanks. my channel id👇    / @kasuaralvilifestyle.8412   Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?... ************************** prep time: 10 minutes cooking time: 15 min serves : 4 persons Ingredients for Paratha moong bean 1.5 cup wheat flour 1.5 cups water a bit to knead garlic cloves 3 green chillies 3 fresh corriander chopped 2 tbs salt turmeric 1/2. tsp red chilly powder 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp mustard oil 1 tbs oil to Cook For Raita yogurt 2 cup tomato chop onion chopped fresh corriander salt garlic chopped 1 tbs oil 2 Tbs red chilly powder 1/2 tsp Method for paratha soak mung bean for about 4 hours or over night wash and drain process it coarse grind with garlic and chill add into flour add all spices and grate ginger. Mix well and knead add water if needed, prepare a medium hard dough. Drizzle a few drops of mustard oil or cooking oil. Rest it for 15 minutes. Roll now after making balls of equal size,roll gently apply oil in balls,fold and re make into a shape as round or triangle as you wish. place on hot tawa or pan greased with oil or butter. Flip over paratha and apply oil or butter.Cook till crispy and golden. Remove and make all parathas one by one.Serve with garlic Raita or pickle Garlic tadka Raita place yogurt in a bowl. Add all ingredients except garlic mix well and keep aside. For tasks, pour oil or butter in a pan. Heat it and add chopped garlic. saute it till golden brown. Apply on Raita bowl. Garlic tadka Raita is ready to be enjoyed with paratha.
