IMPORTANT (updated) to note that we couldn't PvP the regular way, so S34n had to improvise and run Steam twice with a program called Sandboxie. Add the same game-folder as custom game to the 2nd Steam account. Then run the game twice, one Co-op and one invading himself.. and I could still join the Co-op buddy regularly to duel his invading alter-ego! :D Finally.. some info about the process to add Mods. UXM (from Nexus, here: https://www.nexusmods.com/sekiro/mods/26 ) unpack the game-files and hit the 'Patch' button. Start modding to your hearts desire!
