Fulton County briefly posted a document listing charges against former President Donald Trump but then removed it. Among those charges is conspiracy to commit forgery. Apparently there are reports that the District Attorney's office is saying there are no charges against Trump. Executive Editor of the Common Sense Society, Christopher Bedford, joins to explain the confusion and what he thinks is happening here. If the former president is charged, it would be his 4th indictment. Bedford discusses how he sees this playing out and what impact he thinks it will have on his re-election bid, as right now he is the clear front runner in the Republican party and even made an appearance at the Iowa State Fair over the weekend. On another note, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed David Weiss as special counsel to oversee the investigation into Hunter Biden. Bedford shares his thoughts on that.
