Dough (Outer Shell) All-Purpose Flour (Maida/Ata): Around 2 cups Salt: To taste Vegetable Oil: 1 to 2 teaspoons (for dough) Water: Room temperature (as needed to knead a soft dough) 2. Chicken Filling (Stuffing) Marinade & Mince: Boneless Chicken Mince (Keema) Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder: ½ teaspoon Green Chili Sauce: 1 tablespoon Garam Masala Powder: 1 teaspoon Salt: 1 to 2 teaspoons (to taste) Aromatics & Vegetables: Garlic: 4-5 cloves (finely chopped) Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped) Capsicum/Bell Pepper: ½ (finely chopped) Butter: 2 teaspoons Oil (for cooking) Finishers: Chili Flakes Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhania): Finely chopped 3. Assembly & Frying Flour Paste (Maida Paste): Used for sealing the edges of the pockets.
