Former PM Manmohan Singh arrived at the upper house of the Parliament to attend the Special Session. Today’s proceeding is historic for India, as it’s the last day of House proceedings in the Old Parliament. PM Modi gave opening remarks and opened the floor for Parliament Proceeding in Lok Sabha. Discussion on ‘Parliamentary Journey of 75 years starting from Samvidhan Sabha- Achievements, Experiences, Memories, Learnings’ will be held. Notably, eight bills have been listed for consideration and passage during the 5-day special session of the Parliament. The Special Parliament Session commenced on September 18 and will conclude on September 22.
