Date of Capture- 20.08.17 , Time - 17:14 Hotel Load Convertor Equipped Ghaziabad WAP7#30524 (Now HWH WAP7 wef 28.8.17) skips Chandra Nagar with Howrah Rajdhani in lead. Regular link of this train is a WAP7 from Howrah Electric Loco Shed (Home Zone Shed) . Actually some NR locos were transferred to ER to ensure that Howrah Rajdhani and Sealdah Rajdhani start running with HOG Enabled . This decision was taken by the Railway Board . Also notice the last three coaches at the end , which are of South Central Railway Zone.
