Mother who killed her 3 disabled children was overwhelmed by responsibilities

In April last year, Tania Clarence killed her three severely disabled young children, after suffering from severe depression. Today, as a report was released into the children's deaths, their father spoke publicly for the first time - and he revealed how the overwhelming responsibilities she felt, were made worse by constant pressures from health and social services.
