Angry Scots van driver tried to rag learner driver from car in mad incident #crime

an angry van driver was captured on camera stopping a learner driver and trying to dr*g them from a Volkswagen beetle. according to rumours the road r*ge incident occurred on bank holiday Monday august 26th on granton road, in Scotlands capital Edinburgh. in the incident the van driver drove erratically going on the wrong side of the road at 60mph and then swerved in front of the learner driver cutting them off. the mad Scottish man exited the van and shouted at the learner driver. then opened the car door and tried to rag him from the car. the learner driver was also allegedly struck and the window was struck too
