Today, we take the Sun Salutations we practiced yesterday and expand them into a complete Vinyasa Flow. We are moving continuously, linking breath to movement, and building heat. ​The Challenge: Flowing can be messy. You might wobble. You might lose the beat. That is why today's mantra is vital.
