POV- Barista works a calm morning shift at a cafe

Working at Sour Leaf Cafe today just off Walworth road. Was a slow morning so the clips are cut together. I'll be going back there for a part 2 on a busier day so stay tuned! The wall full of clowns kept me company in the mean time... Recipe for this cafe was: 18g in 28-30 seconds with 74ml of water The SANREMO machine measures ml of water total so its 74ml of water going through the portafilter not total espresso.
