WASURETA 100% (2nd Hardest) | 98,384 Attempts
This was a project I started in 2021, I had no idea I would ever get this far and I was really just playing it because it was satisfying. I kept coming back to it every bunch of months and recently due to the amount of extremes I've beaten I was able to finally match the skill required for this level!! This is by far the best level I have ever played, the patterns are genius and they fit perfectly with the song. The gameplay is really original compared to other levels from its time; moreover, the balancing is really good and there are little chokepoints (such as 7%, 48% or 58%) which are not that bad and do not make the gameplay disappointing. The hardest part is 0%-14%, along with 16%-37%. The predrop is full of really tight ships and tricky timings; Helpegasus (16%-37%) is slightly harder, and it gets really hard towards 31-37% due to the quick succession of tight waves The following part is Augi (37%-57%). It is the easiest part in the level and it's consistent to one-attempt considering you don't die at the two chokepoints it has (38%; and most notably, 57%). The wave is really consistent and not as hard as it seems Isane (58%-67%) is the hardest part in the level considering difficulty density, but it is really short. it is really easy to die from 58%-62%, but from there on it's complete hell till 67% 67%-76% is easier, it can be tricky to get the 72% and 75% waves right, but it gets really consistent as well 76%-100% is extremely consistent, really easy to one-attempt and with only chokepoint being the last ship. You can one-attempt the last click each time by clicking when the center of your cube is alligned with the middle part of the spike on top, though it's tricky to see during the flash I highly recommend playing this level if you are within the skill range!!
