The Atlanta Foundation Organizing The Republic Ride 2012 on 26th January 2012 - Speech1

The Atlanta Foundation is a registered trust to support the education of underprivileged students. To raise funds for this, the foundation along with prominent industry forums namely NASSCOM, ITsAP, TiE and AMCHAM and with the support of the Hyderabad Visitors Convention Bureau (HCVB) and the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) brings India's biggest corporate cycling event, The Republic Ride 2012 at the Gachibowli Stadium on 26th January 2012 on the occasion of the Republic Day. This year the event is sponsored by Mahindra Satyam, Invesco, ADP, BSA and co-sponsored by Ascendas. The rides which began in 2009 with 189 riders, enjoys a participation of close to 2000 riders. In fact, this year will see our biggest participation ever of 3000+ riders from 50+ corporate houses like Deloitte, GE, ADP, GMR, Mahindra Satyam, Infosys and many more.
