California faces a new storm as it recovers from recent atmospheric river

As an atmospheric river that led to widespread flooding flowed eastward, California continued to experience wet and miserable weather on Sunday. At the same time, a new storm threatened to bring another round of rain, snow, and gusty winds as early as Monday.
