Tosha Khana trial to go on as high court orders trial court to decide objections alongwith main case

Former prime minister Imran khan faced a legal set back on Friday as Islamabad High Court directed the trial court below it to carry on with the famous Tosha Khana trial and re-examine and decide technical objections raised by Khan together with the main case. Soon after the high court verdict the trial court judge Hamayun Dilawar issued orders for Imran Khan lawyers to appear tomorrow morning for final arguments in the case whereafter a decision may be rendered which might disqualify Khan for elections.
