Fallen Heroes Honored with Blue Salute Fireworks Tribute Catonsville Maryland

Eddison Hermond and Ofc Amy Caprio. Sgt. Hermond was killed during rescue attempts during the Ellicott City flood in May of 2018 and Ofc. Caprio was killed in the line of duty attempting to apprehend Burglary suspects in May of 2018.
