Women are still vastly underrepresented in leadership and spheres of influence including media, finance, politics, and business. With heightened awareness of the social and economic consequences of persistent gender inequity, advancing women in leadership will require a fresh, transformative, and cross-sector approach to address the challenges and opportunities. We will tackle important questions related to women’s pathways to leadership, what cultural and structural changes are needed, and how women can model new paradigms of leadership and power.
