Rocklin church to defy California's COVID-19 restrictions

A Rocklin church is defying California's COVID-19 restrictions by holding indoor services that include singing this Sunday. Worshippers at Destiny Christian Church this weekend will still be expected to practice social distancing and to wear face masks. Following the recent surge in new cases, Gov.
