Vegetable Labra Panch misali Sabji|Labrar Torkari |Bhoger Labra mixed vegetable|নিরামিষ লাবড়া তরকারী This is a Bengali special delicacy commonly cooked in many Bengali Home. Simple and traditional homemade style Bengali Mixed Vegetable Curry. INGREDIANTS:- -1 CUP each of mixed vegetable(Potato, cauliflower, Beans, Beetroot, Bottle gourd(Lauki), Carrot. You can add any vegetables of your choice. -Mustard Oil -Dry Red Chilly -Tejpatta -Turmeric Powder -Dhaniya Powder -Jeera Powder -Salt -Sugar -Green Chilly -One inch Ginger Grated -Water -Dry Roasted Jeera and Chilly Powder -Freshly Grated Coconut -Panch Phoron( equal mix of Fenugreek seed, nigella seed, cumin seed, Black Mustard Seed and Fennel Seed) PREPARTION:- 1. Heat oil in a kadai and add Tejpatta, Dry Red Chilly and Panch Phoron. 2. After it stops spluttering-Add all the vegetable -Note before adding cauliflower boil it for a while and mix with the vegetables and fry for a few seconds. 3. Fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame. 4.Then add Green chilly slit-Turmeric powder-Jeera Powder-Dhaniya Powder, salt and sugar . Mix everything well . 5. Add Ginger grated again sauté well now add hot water and cover and bring it to two whistles. 6. Open the lid add dry roasted jeera powder and Freshly grated Coconut. 7.
