Way Forward in Afghanistan 2010

Muhammad Atif, Urdu VOA News, Washington NATO and U.S. commanders are scheduled to boost the number of foreign troops to 150,000 to fight insurgency in Afghanistan. US General David Petraeus on Monday praised Pakistan's efforts to fight Taliban during a key first round of talks since taking command of US-led NATO troops in Afghanistan. As alliance is working to push the war to an end, a former Bush administration official, Ambassador Stuart Holliday says there is need to create hope for a better future among individual Afghan citizens.
