OBD2 Port Not Functioning No Power No Emissions No Communication SOLVED! OBD 2

I had a 2017 Toyota Camry that couldnt get the emissions done because there was no communication from the OBD2 port to the scanner. First thing I did was check the fuses. When I saw no issues with that I started looking at the OBD 2 port and found that the connection wasn't as tight as it should be.
