Since Assa got Avoid nerf in 2.5 you want use Dark Pact Helm instead of Black Rose in hard areas like t8, t9, t10 - Without the 5 extra avoid you will die many times from t9 and t10. Black Rose you can still use if needed more Dmg like in Scolgs or Riftwalker charm or like here in uldy and so on. You welcome to comment with any recommendations, feedback or questions.
