Deltarune - Snowgrave Spamton Neo (1:24) (no machine gun glitch)

took half a week of killing this stupid robot but i got the 1:24. i think the lowest this could possibly go is a 1:23 or maybe a really high 1:22? unless there's something i'm missing this is NOT dipping below 1:22 that's for sure.
