Starting a Permaculture Farm #5: Dealing With "Pests"

Today I'm talking about all the ways we plan on dealing with "Pests" on our permaculture farm in the future. I put "Pests" in quotation marks because I dislike the characterization of a particular group of animals as "bad actors", when they're just as essential for how nature operates with checks and balances. Thus, this video is about how we invite pests on to our farm, as well as predators, in order to have a balanced ecosystem that looks after itself, without needing so many inputs on our part. That is one major tenant of permaculture, creating a system that mimics nature and takes care of itself with minimum external inputs and energy on my part. So many words to say, "lazy gardening."
