Marjolein Helder is an all-round Environmental Technologist, specialized in sustainable energy. She finished her PhD-research into producing electricity with living plants in November 2012. During her PhD-research she co-founded a spin off Plant-e. Since her graduation she's working full-time as Plant-e's CEO, developing products to produce electricity from living plants and expanding the company.
