One thing I like to keep in the refrigerator for easy meal making is cooked brown rice. Brown rice takes at least 40 minutes to cook, so having a big batch on hand helps me to create delicious and healthy meals without having to dread the lengthy cooking time. For this video I have created three delicious recipes that utilize pre-cooked brown jasmine rice.
