Ingredients: ½ cup fresh malai (homemade cream) ½ cup jaggery powder 2 ripe bananas 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch baking soda 1 pinch salt 1 cup whole wheat flour Instructions: Preheat your OTG at a low temperature (about 180°C). Add all ingredients to a mixer or blender: Fresh Cream, Jaggery powder, Eggs, Bananas, Vanilla essence, Baking powder, Baking soda, Sal, Whole wheat flour Blend the mixture until smooth and lump-free. Grease an OTG-safe baking pan with butter or oil, or line it with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap gently to remove air bubbles. Bake in the OTG at low temperature for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
