Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker. 2. Add chicken broth, orange juice, lime juice, salt, and pepper. 3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours until the pork is tender. 4. Remove the pork and shred it with two forks. PREPARE THE SANDWICHES: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice hoagie rolls open. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bread. Layer ham, shredded pork, pickles, and Swiss cheese. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet. Bake about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is lightly toasted. PULLED BEEF SANDWICHES INGREDIENTS: 3–4 lb chuck roast 1 yellow onion, sliced 1 tbsp minced garlic ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1½ cups beef broth FOR SERVING: Sandwich buns (toasted) Colby Jack cheese French fried onions INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place chuck roast, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker. 2. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours until tender. 4. Shred the beef and mix with the juices. 5.
