Continuing Comcast Xfinity Problem

Despite numerous calls. Problem has been going on for several weeks now and seems to be with HD channels. Technician says the problem is not in our house but in the Comcast system. Apparently they still haven't been able to fix it.Another appointment set up for Monday in a few days. Meanwhile, it's nearly impossible to watch these stations!!!
