Only IF, your ball is on the putting green. There is no free relief for interference by an immovable obstruction when your ball is in the general area, in a bunker, in a penalty area, or in the teeing area. If you have interference with your line of play by a Temporary Immovable Obstruction, then you may be able to gain free relief. This is a Local Rule that has been adopted by the Committee. . .
