Town of Batesburg-Leesville Planning Commission Regular Meeting & Work Session (Joint Stream) 📅 Monday, December 15, 2025 – Beginning at 6:30 PM 📍 Town Hall Complex, 120-B West Church Street This livestream will cover a joint Planning Commission session, beginning with the Regular Planning Commission Meeting at 6:30 PM, followed immediately by the Planning Commission Work Session at 7:00 PM. Both meetings will be conducted consecutively within the same video stream. Regular Planning Commission Meeting (6:30 PM): Approval of minutes from the October 20 and November 17 meetings Approval of Planning Commission meeting dates for 2026 Nomination and election of the Planning Commission Chairman and Vice Chairman Planning Commission Work Session (Immediately Following): Review and discussion of the first six chapters of the 2026 Comprehensive Plan draft, focusing on long-range planning, growth, and community development priorities
