Today we're baking an oatmeal cake! A healthy dessert without sugar and flour! Perfect for anyone who is mindful of their diet and maintains a healthy lifestyle! This oatmeal recipe is super easy! Oats and carrots – all in a delicious, homemade cake! This oatmeal cake is the perfect healthy alternative to traditional desserts! Sugar and flour-free! 🥕🥣 Ingredients: 150 grams of oats. Crush in a blender. 30 grams of almonds. Half a teaspoon of ginger. One teaspoon of cinnamon. One teaspoon of baking powder. 250 grams of carrots. 150 grams of eggs. Orange zest. Juice of half an orange. Pour hot water over 30 grams of raisins and let sit for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drain the water and remove excess water with a paper towel. 40 grams of honey. Optionally, you can also add some vanilla sugar or vanilla extract. Mix well. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. 20 grams of shredded coconut. 20 grams of oats. 10 grams of vegetable oil. Mix well. Bake at 180 °C for 50-60 minutes. 170 grams of cream cheese. 40 ml of cream. A few drops of lemon juice. Mix well. It tastes really delicious! Be sure to bake this cake at least once!
