It wasn't until Cleveland Municipal Court Judge Michael Nelson was diagnosed and successfully treated for prostate cancer that he realized how much his male friends avoided the topic. Judge Nelson is now on a mission to get men talking about their health especially in the month of September which is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.
