In this video I am telling you about pulse oximeter A pulse oximeter is a small machine with a digital display, like a clip it is pressed backwards into the patient's finger and reading of the oxygen level in the blood shown on the display of the machine. Through this, the patient can check his oxygen level for a few hours or at regular intervals. Light is installed in the machine at the top, when you start the machine, the light goes through our fingers with the sensor below. Some light is observed by red blood cells and some light crosses the finger and collides with the sensor. This machine checks the level of oxygen based on the light coming on the sensor. If the device is giving a reading of 96%, then it means that only 4% of the blood cells do not have oxygen. Apart from this we can check the heart rate also in this machine.
