1977 Maico 440aw restoration day6 Crank build

After a few days off from this #restoration #project I’m back on it & now I have the #engine parts to get the #motor back together it’s time to make a start on that. First job is to rebuild the #crank #singlecylinder #2strokecranks are pressed together and then need to be trued to make sure you have everything lined up right. You also need to get the #clearance on the big end right or you could be heading for bottom end lock ups.
