God of War: Ascension Live Gameplay Walkthrough No Upgrade Run Hard difficulty Commentary Chapter 12: The Oracle's Chamber Prophet Castor and Pollox are known as the Gemini Twins. In Greek Mythology they are actually the prince of Sparta (yet they're Argonauts). Long story short The Romans considered Castor and Pollux the patron gods of horses and of the Roman social order of mounted knights, called equites. This guy will piss you off. Easily the most frustrating boss in the game, he makes you work for it. Castor constantly moves around and is just as fast as Hermes so Hit & Run tactics is the safest way to take him out. Players will more than likely need to upgrade their weapons until they're out of Orbs so on that note I would use most of it on Lightning of Zeus, and the Blades of Chaos. Good news is his energy beams can mostly be parried. Throwing rocks at him gives Kratos magic orbs so make a note of that.
