Thursday, January 1, 2026 Psalm 37:5 "Commit your life to the Lord and trust in Him, and He will act." The term "Que sera-sera" became quite popular after Doris Day popularized the song in 1956. Que sera sera is Spanish for "Whatever will be, will be." It's true that we can't know exactly what the future holds. The only one who knows our future is God. We can hold on to God's promise that there is a future for us, and His plan for our future is solely for good. We don't need to go to the trouble of going to a psychic to find out our future, who our soulmate is, or what will happen, because only God knows our future for certain. If we are currently worried about what will happen tomorrow, especially in 2026, remember God's promise and hold on to it. God wants His children to mature in all things. Be wise in dealing with any situation, without being whiny and feeling sorry for themselves, or doubting His power. So as long as we are faithful, trusting in God and doing our best, we can say, "Que sera-sera, what will be will be." Nothing can limit God's power. He can turn bad circumstances into good.
